My name is Razan, and I created Fluke out of a deep, lifelong passion for Lebanese organic culture — the land, its produce, its traditions, and the extraordinary flavors that grow from it.
Growing up in Lebanon, I was surrounded by a culture that treated food as something sacred. Pomegranates pressed by hand, grape molasses slow-cooked over fire, rose water distilled from petals picked at dawn. These weren't just ingredients — they were living traditions, passed down through generations.
When I looked at what was available in the market — products loaded with sugar, chemicals, and preservatives that had nothing to do with the real thing — I knew something had to change. So I built Fluke: a brand committed to bringing back authentic Lebanese flavors, exactly as nature and our ancestors intended.
